We specialize in manufacturing complex and standard mechanical components, from prototype to full production, using Hurco VMX, Mori Seiki, Colchester and Jones & Shipman machining centres for precision at every stage.
Using Lappmaster and Hyprez systems, we achieve flatness down to 1–5 µm through a controlled grain-reduction sequence (30→15→9→3→1→0.1 µm), with results verified by non-contact 3D profiling.
We deliver tailored coating solutions — including TiN, DLC via PVD, PACVD, and CVD — to reduce oxidation, wear, and friction, extending component lifetime for even the most demanding applications.

After a major OEM faced persistent orange peel defects from their injection mould tooling, we stripped the existing TiN coating, repolished to an optical finish, and applied a specific DLC coating — increasing the coefficient of friction and completely eliminating the defect
